I actually have a great stuffing recipe that always seems to go over well.
I loaf of day old bread, ripped up fairly small
I chop apples to add and often add cranberries as well
Favorite seasonings...I use a bit of garlic powder, poultry seasoning, basil and rosemary. Salt and pepper to taste
melt 1/2 cup butter and mix with 1/2 cup orange juice (much healthier then the traditional full cup butter, and gives it a nice subtle orange flavor)
Stuff your bird, then I use the identical seasonings on the bird itself, with a garlic clove under each leg.
