Avocados

In CA Avocados are cheap at least at this moment we have been getting 5for1$ now I love em and we make guacamole .but they do ripen quickly does any good person know how I can keep them longer without them ripening ?

Hello margypops.. My wife mashes them up... puts them in a zip lock and freezes them.. they are fine that way..hope this helps Claytex

wow Claytex I didnt think of that ,so in fact I can mix it up ready to make guacamole ..thank you so much...any more good tips ?
