Capers

I LOVE capers. I eat them right out of the jar. I find them at Wal-mart, with the pickles and jarred banana peppers.

I can't wait.  I will probably make that tilapia recipe tonight, though its just me, all alone.

He must be freezing his little buns off. The paper up there said they don't expect any warm weather till January.. Glad to be here in sunny Fl.. It started out cold this year.. Really cold in November up there.. Glad he hasn't been sent to the shed or someplace .. .

Remember Mr. Peek is a giant Hairball, so he WON'T be freezing his buns off. :) lol

Swampy just bought himself 100g of salted capers. Now its time to figure out what to make with them.

Make up a nice shrimp salad.. So nice in this weather LOL.... Just make your shrimp salad like you usually do with celery, celery seed, mayo, little bit of onion (minced) , salt and pepper (oh and cooked shrimp of course) . Throw in a few Tbs.( to taste) of the capers and enjoy
