by kennedydp5, Feb 17, 2009 12:57PM
also got this from a parents magazine.  i made these last night and i loved these, too!

****Slice 1lb carrots into 1/2 inch-wide sticks using a crinkle cutter. Toss w/ 1 Tbs. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. dried thyme, and 1/4 tsp. salt.  Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes, or until soft, on a parchment paper-lined pan.****

i LOVE carrots and my oldest dd and i thought these tasted great!  :)
