If you like custard, this is a great recipe. The original called for sugar, but I've substitued Splenda with no problem.
And, you won't even miss the crust..
Crustless Custard Pie
6-7 Large Eggs
1 Cup Splenda
2 teas. Vanilla
2 Cups whole milkBreast milk Breast milk jaundice Lactose intolerance Nipple discharge - abnormal (don't know if skim would work as well)
One Half stick of butter
1/4 teas salt.
Nutmeg
Put all in blender and blend for 3 minutes. Pour into large pie pan, sprinkle with nutmeg and bake 45-55 min. @ 350 or until knife inserted comes out clean.
