I think I saw somewhere that soaking onions in red wine for a week, then drinking 50 mL twiceTwice-a-day a day helps with blurry vision, but it's mostly helpful for middle-age people, so i'm not very sure. But try foods with high Vitamin A content - like carrots, yam, Mangoes, tangerine, apricots, bok choy, pumpkins, squash, sweet potatoes etc... it might help a bit, but also just rest your eyes if they feel sore or itchy and massage to make the muscles around it relax.
Hope this helped!
