Eye problem

I am a 18year old boy i have distinct vision in both eyes About -1.50.wat food recepies will help me to get rid of this problem

You have to see an eye doctor if you have some sort of vision problem.

I think I saw somewhere that soaking onions in red wine for a week, then drinking 50 mL twice a day helps with blurry vision, but it's mostly helpful for middle-age people, so i'm not very sure. But try foods with high Vitamin A content - like carrots, yam, Mangoes, tangerine, apricots, bok choy, pumpkins,squash, sweet potatoes etc... it might help a bit, but also just rest your eyes if they feel sore or itchy and massage to make the muscles around it relax.
