Hi,

New to the forum, so apologies if this is a re-post... Can somebody give me guidance on how to sort out the wheat from the chaff (excuse the pun) in the food tracker with respect to dietary information?  I realize that products and foods will vary by manufacturer/production method/cooked/storage, but for example when I search for a portion of veg I get ranges from 50 to 150 calories.  Other than looking on packaging (which is sometimes not possible for fresh stuff) does anybody have any guidance for picking reliable entries in the food database?
