Gluten free recipes

Does anyone have some good gluten free recipes?  My hubby is starting a gluten free diet and I know I'm good on the meats and veggies thing but wondered if any of you had experience in substituting rice flour for flour as thickeners, etc. and am looking for bread recipes with no gluten.

The only time I used rice flour was in dog biscuits so I can't really help there much trudie. Had a dog with a wheat allergy so I had to bake differently for him but I just followed 1 recipe and didn't experiment much.

Oh and tell him to watch his lipsticks too ;)  Just found out at a conference last month that many lipsticks are not gluten free. who'd have thunk that one eh?
