Healthy and enjoyable Guacamole
Instead of commercial corn chips, try dipping raw vegetables into your guacamole. Freshly sliced red, orange and yellow bell peppers are especially colorful and delicious. They add a hefty dose of vitamin C to this snack - without the risk of GMO contamination. They are also much more aesthetically pleasing than corn chips. Simple guacamole
INGREDIENTS:

2 medium, ripe avocados
1 tsp garlic granules, to taste
1/2 tsp sea salt, to taste
Juice of 1-2 small limes, to taste

DIRECTIONS:

Using a fork or potato masher, mash avocados in a medium bowl until smooth. An immersion blender or food processor may also be used for this step. Stir in garlic granules, sea salt and lime juice. Adjust seasonings to taste. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for later.

Chunky guacamole
INGREDIENTS:

2 medium, ripe avocados
2 Roma tomatoes, diced
6 small green onions, thinly sliced
1 small bunch cilantro, chopped
Juice of 1-2 limes, to taste
1 tsp garlic granules, to taste
1/2 - 1 tsp sea salt, to taste

DIRECTIONS:

Using a fork or potato masher, mash avocados in a medium bowl until smooth. An immersion blender or food processor may also be used for this step. Stir in remaining ingredients. Adjust garlic granules, sea salt and lime juice to taste. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for later.
