Lowing Cholesterol-need some help

What are foods that are supposed to drop cholesterol. I'm eating oat meal now and 100 Whole Grain and Wheat. I use Extra Virgin Olive oil and learned to cook fish. Any thing else.
Man I love to cook but, I'm kinda relearn how to cook some of my favorite dishes.  :>

There are many great recipes right here, and most are low in saturated fats.

In general, look for fresh vegetables, fat free dairy, lean sources of protein, fruits, and whole grains.  Try to avoid highly processed foods as much as possible.

A good way to judge how healthy/not healthy a fat is for you is by it's state at room temperature. The more solid it is at room temperature the worse it is for you arteries/cholesterol.
Anything hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated is bad bad for the arteries.
Don't fall for claims that say "cholesterol free", many companies will use this as a gimic when the product could never have had cholesterol in the first place. In order for there to be cholesterol, some component of the product had to have had a heart beat at some point. (Like sunflower seeds will never have cholesterol yet they are advertised as cholesterol free). Get into the habit of reading the ingredients on labels.
I also agree with the points made above, fiber, lean meats, low fat dairy, etc are all good choices.
(I have FCHL, familial combined hyperlipidemia, which is a rare genetic disorder resulting in extremely blood lipids despite diet, exercise and meds - I've been on meds since I was 7 years old. It can be difficult getting used to a new lifestyle in regards to food but I promise after a while it just becomes natural. To me, anything but skim milk and low fat cheese just tastes to greasy and heavy now.)
