What are some good recipes that I can make,to help gain weight and get my nutrition needed,for the say

I would suggest looking for recipes with good fats- avocados, coconut, and nuts. I'm on a strict low pretty much everything diet so I can't think of anything off the top of my head. But look into curries, some of them using chickpeas, and coconut are really nice and have good fats, and proteins.
