Simple....just mix all this lot together with a littleLittle noses decongestant Little tummys happiness, then add the chopped apples, and bake in a mediumMedium chain triglycerides oven for about 30 minutes. Check the cake after a while, stick a skewer or small sharp knife in. If it comes out dry-ish, your cake is cooked. If still sticky, leave awhile.
(Eating-quality rather than baking-quality apples make chunks inside the cake which kind of 'hold together' during cooking.)
4 oz butter
2-3oz soft brown sugar
2 eggs beaten
tspn Cinnamon powder, a little grated nutmeg
A little grated lemon rind
1 or 2 eating quality apples cut into large chunks, skin left on (cored)
