blueberries

Anyone have any favorite blueberry recipes to share?  I picked up a bunch at market this week - they just looked way too yummy to pass up!!

So far I've been eating them with greek yogurt and I made a coffee cake ( not a darn thing healthy about am emeril recipe for coffee cake though...he he he ).  I know I could just sit and eat them just plain too but really where's the fun in that? he he he

Blueberries are great!

They are full of antioxidants.

I just wish they weren't so expensive.

I try to improvise where I can when it comes to the whole milk and sugar, by using fat free milk and splenda.

I love them in pancakes, in a sauce on pancakes or frozen yogurt, in muffins and in blueberry crisp.  They are a great addition to any fruit salad or even a veggie salad.  Enjoy!

Blueberries are more expensive this year I've noticed - of course everything seems to be :(

ok so the heck with healthy - froze some blueberries to mix later on with yogurt and made white chocolate chip blueberry scones.  Worth ever calorie :)
