i'm quite young and i wanna lose weight but i don't want to diet so much that it would hurt me. do u have any suggestions on foods that might help craving stop but still keep me nurished.

Hi there and welcome.  Well, I always think fruits and vegis is a safe option.  I like a nice salad.  I also like cabbage thrown in there.  Lean meat like roast or broiled chicken is good.  I like a hard boiled egg which is a good protein source.  Fruit smoothies.  protein bars.  Lots of options.

But I really tend to think of everything in moderation with one to two days a week in which I can eat all my 'craving' foods.  Limit portions and eat lightly the other 5 to 6 days.  

And obviously exercise really makes a difference.  good luck
