Question....if you use olive oil or canola oil or grapeseed oil, is it ok to fry things or is frying still considered unhealthy?

It is better with those oils but you still should try to refrain from fried foods if you are trying to lose weight.

If you need to fry anything use canola oil or light taste olive oil. Do not fry if you do not need to.

I think that it all depends on the quantity and quality of the oil that you are using.

E V Olive Oil is the best to use.

Even then I would recommend draining with kitchen roll roll before serving.

The French love their olive oil, and use it in abundance, but with a keen eye on moderation.

That's exactly what I do...I use EV Olive oil and I always drain with paper towel.
