How do i work out a healthy diets when i hate vegtables and fruit except bannanas.
Plz help x

There are endless websites that suggest how to mix butternut squash into your meals as well as broccoli with cheese, sloppy joe additives, meatloaf and burger recipes. Beans are great and do many ways to cook them; refried, in soups, plain with franks. But honesty, cutting down on your intake and daily exercise is all you really need. Smoothies was a good suggestion.

Bit of a silly thing to say, you need to be receptive to change if you are serious about changing your lifestyle, otherwise maybe you're not ready for that change yet
