Look at the responses below on the other posts , you cut back on all heavy foods, you eat often and light, veg, fruit, protein, you join a gym or go out walking , exercise is good .Do not buy in calorific food but many healthy snacks .

yep, you are right, the onlly way to go...:)

tried eating less, but unless you start excirsing, you do not see any good results.

You need to do exercise and yoga on regular basis and avoid to eat fatty food.
