marathon weight loss
I'm nearly 39 and really want to run a marathon before I'm 40. I am 5'9 and weigh 193 lbs , what weight should I aim for and is there any best way to achieve it

Not certain what you should be at 5x9  I would start to exercise more stair climbing is good, I did it years ago, lost weight  really well, I also snack a lot never go hungry .Power walking is also good, pick up the speed when you are out walking, if you are fit and well do an hour a day ..dont exercise if you are not feeling well .Get lots of veggies in, fruits, low cal stuff ,
