Does anyone  know a website or have any good meal plan guides as far as what you should eat breakfast lunch dinner

That would depend on your individual needs; however, it's usually suggested that you have 3-5 servings fruit/veggies per day, 3 servings dairy, no more than 4 oz meat/day, adding nuts, legumes, eggs to make up the rest of your protein.

Here's a good site that shows the actual food pyramid and how many servings of each you should have/day, from which you could choose your food items.

The site also gives tips on serving sizes, what's best, etc.
