Ear,nose&head congst, neck&should pain!

I have been suffering for 6mnths approx, off and on from sinus probs so severe my sense of smell is HIGHTENED every time at issues peak. My ears feel fully pressured and cant hear well. my ears popped so mny times driving down to L.Angles, that it felt sooo good and itchy. Over 30 times popped. I feel delusional at times and runny nose to yuck! now, my neck and shoulders are killing me. Dust is MAYBE, one of many probs,smoke bbq smoke worst!! HELP ME. AMOX DIDNT FIX 5mnths ago, im sick again..now.
