Hearing Loss

I appear to have a hearing loss in one ear due to TMJ (Dental) problems.  I was wondering if anyone else has had the same problem, have they any answers as to a remedy and if it can be fixed?  It is low pitch sounds and male voices I have a problem hearing.

Keep doing the alternate nostril breathing with your eyes closed, for more than 20 minutes(upto 30 minutes), twice a day. Over the long term you will feel the benefit.

You need to help your body to repair the hearing problem. The following process helps the body to make extra blood cells to help in healing.
- Deep Breath-in through left nostril keeping right nostril closed
then  - Breath-out through right nostril keeping left nostril closed
then   -Deep Breath-in through right nostril keeping left nostril closed
then   - Breath-out through left nostril keeping right nostril closed
and repeat this cycle for upto 15 minutes. Maximum 3 times day.

Please start doing this and report how you are feeling. Do continue  the breathing method even after the problem disappears.
