Hearing loss and vaccines

I am 67, had hep A&B shots Sept 2010 prior to trip to South Africa
A while after shots I started to have problems with hearing, it was
Not outside but interior, tried to 'crack' but only slight improvement
I would define symptoms as FULLNESS, I heard my heart thumping
In my ears and hear sort of through my jaw, in June 2011 had a terrible
earache in right ear then hearing got even worse on that side
It is almost a year, had ENT investigate, audio test - everyone says it
is age-related hearing loss. At my protests they are sending me for
CT Scan and after that another hearing test!?
Also same story for chest congestion - since shots I can not get rid of
Chest problem ( phlegm, constant coughing, nasal drip) xray clear,
Took antibiotics, 3 kinds of inhalers, pills but only a bit better but still
have the congestion!?
THE ONLY CONNECTING INCIDENT IS THE HEP A&B SHOTS SEPT 2010
THAT COULD BE THE CAUSE OF HEARING CHEST ISSUES? IS THERE
ANY EVIDENCE OF THESE SIDE EFFECTS AND MOST IMPORTANTLY
HOW DO I REMEDY THE ISSUES AND SOLVE THE HEARING AND CHEST
PROBLEMS????????

Here is from a website of a Hepatitis A & B shot manufacturer.  They give a long list of possible side effects, but pretty much it sounds like they would occur rapidly after getting the shot, which didn't apparently happen for you.

I am not sure I would go for a CT scan.  They have about a hundred times the radiation of a normal X-ray, and are associated with creating problems of their own.  If you are really freaked out about this issue, request an MRI instead.

You might have the thumping and fullness in your ears from an infection of the sinuses.

From the vaccine website:
