Hearing loss in one ear

I went out on saturday (2 nights ago) and i was in a club, this club in manchester has a £300,000 sound system but i highly doubt it was that, basically friends were being a little immature and i joined them a little later and one screamed realllllly loud in my right ear.  Basically long story short i cannot hear barely anything that ear, it basically feels like when u press down on your ear to stop noise from coming in, except i'm not doing that!  Also got i've slight bit of a high pitched buzz and i if i hear a loud noise, its muffled as hell, kind of sounds like a kazoo when someone speaks directly in my ear.  I'm worried about what exactly i've done, and how long it will take to heal, and also is there any over the counter medications i can get to make the healing time shorter.  I'm sort of worried about this because its so damn annoying and i don't want to have hearing loss in one ear for much longer. Thanks alot
