Is listening to ASMR harmful to your ears?

Today I lost hearing in my left ear and I'm going to the doctor in a couple days.

All this has made me more self-conscious about my health.

Let me explain ASMR:

It's that peculiar tingle when you go to the doctor or when someone is concentrating on you. Invoking ASMR is very relaxing and I listen to it all day while programming, it helps reduce stress.

I typically turn the volume up (about 40% on windows) for a video like this:

I thought ASMR would be the perfect substitute to loud music which is my usual go to.
