Nasal congestion

Nasal congestion

I have nasal pressure in my forehead & swelling around my eyes & watery eyes. No discharge from the nose. Been about a month, last 10 days have been using prescription nasal spray from doctor but it's not helping. Thought it might be a sinus infection but doctor didn't think so, what do you think? Thanks.

Hi!
Both eyes can become puffy in sinusitis, upper respiratory infection, conjunctivitis or due to fluid accumulation due to heart/liver/kidney problem. Since you have pain in forehead, and puffiness and watering of eyes, it appears to be frontal sinusitis. Take steam through a steamer, decongestants, and anti-inflammatory drugs and see if it helps. Undergo an eye examination to rule out bilateral tear gland infection, corneal abrasion, and possibility of conjunctivitis, and lid infection or blepharitis.
Take care!
