Trouble Communcation

I have a hearing loss in both ears since I was born and have speech problem when I was little. I was getting better and haven't had trouble with my communication for awhile with my new hearing aids. I have noticed that my communication to people haven't been good like a year ago.  I also have noticed that I might hearing certain things I was able to hear before and not now like before. Can losing some of my hearing effect my communication?

Absolutely. Get a new hearing test done; since you say you have relatively new aids it will probably be a quick adjustment in the clinic to give you back normal hearing.
