insertions device for hearing aids

my mom has finally got her hearing aids but she can't put them in.  the aids are so small she can't manage them. she lost her sight to diabetic retinopathy so she is very frustated by this.  is there any kind of insertion tool or device out there that would help her. she is thinking about returning them because if she can't put them in her ears what good are they.  PLEASE HELP!

Return them.  The surveys done/research has shown that Full Shell ITE hearing aids are the easiest for insertion and removal. They are also big enough to allow for distinguishing tangible markings to be placed on the hearing aids such that she can distinguish left from right dispite her visual problems.

If she has difficulty with her small aids at this point, I shudder to think how she does with battery replacement etc.

Good luck
