pain in my head

i have been having siilar pain in the back of head and right ear,when i cough,sneeze,swallowor raise my eyebrows too high ,I feel pain and sometimes it has this sharp pain comes so quickly please help me

You should go to a doctor to check on that. It is better to hear advice from specialist since you do not know what causes your pain. Before things got worse, you should see a doctor.
