~update~

so i had a CT !!FINALLY!!! and there are no signs of trauma, tuors or any other damage to my ears or head. So i was left with this..."it is a neuro-sensory hearing loss probably caused by genetics" I have hearing aides....and thats that. I'm glad of course that I don't have a tumor....but I am alittle upset that there are still no answers....no reasoning or exact cause you know?

I know that am fortunate that my insurance covered the aides, but I  don't really wear them a lot because in my job, it's nearly impossible. (I have a daycare-and I really don't want that sound amplified. I have more trouble with lower tones and voices.) When I am watching TV, I just use the captions.....I do wear them at the movies, or out and about when I know I won't hear people talking to me.

Having that part of my life being somewhat figured out, has helped a little with the anxiety. I guess now, it's a wait and see thing.

Sorry I dont know how to  link things here. i THINK this is the link to my original post...lol.
