21yr old with odd BP readings (kind of long)

I'm a 21 year old male with an usual case. a week ago I was told I needed to lower by blood pressure because it was coming at the range of 164/100. None of my doctors have ever seen this before. In the past two weeks I've changed my diet and only eat raw veggies and whole grain food with no meat execpt some baked chicken with a salad a couple times.

5 days ago I started on Hydrochlorot (12.5 MG) and my systolic bp started going down to a range of 147-158 at the highest. But my diastolic has actually RISIN. its been at a range of 108-113. once it read 118. Other things are since taking the meds I definatly feel the difference but my legs, feet and face are always warm, near feverish. I've been getting strong headaches and I can also feel my heart beating strongly in my hands and chest. and have been unable to sleep most of the night. My heart rate at the most comes up to 113 on a moniter. Are these signs of a heart disfuction or something else?
