5th day having mild pain in left chest

I actuly cant describe the pain exactly but its like discomfort...sort of pinching...throbbing. the pain moves around my left chest...sometimes center...upper etc.
I also have difficulty breathing (today is better)..i have to 'labor' to take a full satisfying breath...sometimes sweat a bit for it (tho no visible sweats). The pain feeling varies-It last for few secs to sometimes minutes. The pain sometimes radiates to my back (just below left shoulder), upper left neck line and my left arm pit side. I ALSO feel dizzy at times (eg have to stand still for few sec before i walk after a sit)
I faced similar problem in earlier this yr..visited doc but he said not to worry...and gave me some pills (vitamins and anti-depressants i guess).
I am in no depression lately..nor do i smoke or drink alcohol.
I am 27/f weight 44kgs.....b/p- 100.70 (today)
I visited a doc today. Said he suspect Angina but didnt prescribe any medicines. Just told me to exercise and come back again f prob persist. Ok i dnt want to hear that i have a "disease" but the pain is real and i still feel it!!....m confused please help?

I would go back to your doctor and demand some tests.  I have been having chest pain for over 2 years. All the doctors I saw told me it was acid reflux,  I told my diabetes dr. and he sent me to a cardiologist right away.  Had an angiogram done and found out I had 6 blockages and 2 are at 90% and another was at 80%.  Gotta have double bypass surgery soon.  Don't wait too long to get the results you need.  Keep getting second opinions.

Although you are of young age, I would suggest being evaluated further by a physician (or cardiologist). Chest discomfort that is accompanied with shortness of breath, dizziness is always worrisome (regardless of age). If not done already, basic tests should be performed to rule out causes -- which could represent a condition of the heart, lungs, GI tract, or overlying skin/muscles. CXR, ECG, blood work and a good history and physical would be in order to help differentiate what needs to be done. If there are serious co-morbidities (smoking history, high BP, dyslipidemia, history of diabetes, or family history), further non-invasive studies might be indicated such as a stress test.
