Your numbers are high, they should be;

TC; Less than 200
LDL: Less than 130
HDL: More than 40
TGL: Less than 150

Your biggest concern should be lowering your LDL. You should cut back on foods high in fat and cholesterol. High TGLs can be controlled by cutting back on empty carbs like Sugars, breads and pastas. Also, if you drink, stop as that will also metabolize as sugar.

Also, your numbers are high enough that you really should discuss a statin for your Cholesterol and a fenofibrate for your serum TGLs as life style changes may not be enough. I would try that first and retest on 3- 6 months and see if it had any impact. If not, I would consider the meds.

Your profile does not give an age or gender, but if you are young now is the time to get a handle on it.

Hope this helps,

Jon

A bit high for my liking, especially the triglycerides. Your LDL could be lower also but on the plus side, you have good HDL.
Do you eat a fairly high fat diet?
