Findings

Study quality: This was a technically good study.

Left Ventricle: The left ventricle size is normal. Left
ventricular wall thickness is normal. Left ventricular systolic
function is hyperdynamic with an estimated EF of >70%.

Left Atrium: The left atrial size is normal.

Right Ventricle: The right ventricle is normal in size.

Right Atrium: The right atrial size is normal.

Aortic Valve: The aortic valve is trileaflet and appears
structurally normal.

Mitral Valve: The mitral valve is normal. There is trace mitral
regurgitation. Mild thickening of anterior leaflet. Does not meet
criteria for mitral valve prolapse.

Tricuspid Valve: The tricuspid valve appears structurally normal.
Mild tricuspid regurgitation present. The right ventricular
systolic pressure, as measured by Doppler, is 21.50mmHg.

Pulmonic Valve: Pulmonic valve appears structurally normal. Mild
regurgitation is present.

Pericardium: The pericardium is normal.

Aorta: The aortic root is not enlarged and measurements are
within normal limits

IVC/Hepatic Veins: The inferior vena cava is normal.

Conclusions

1. Left ventricular systolic function is hyperdynamic with an
estimated EF of >70%.

2. Mild thickening of anterior leaflet. Does not meet criteria
for mitral valve prolapse.

3. Mild tricuspid regurgitation present.

4. The right ventricular systolic pressure, as measured by
Doppler, is 21.50mmHg.

Everything is fine? Your pulmonary pressure can be anywhere between 15-25mmHg and yours is smack bang in the middle. You do have some leaky valves but nothing at all bad and they should go on for many years. You have a great EF of 70% which is the ejection fraction. They calculate the volume of blood in the heart and then take another reading once it has pumped. The amount of blood ejected from the heart is your EF. Normal is 55-75%.

I'll try to listen relaxing music before I go to bed.I hope it will work wonders for me too.I'll let you know about my results later.
One more thing ,i wrote about my blood test.My blood test is very good, only one thing was strange my eosinophils  were 0%.I took the blood test  the second time in 5 months and it was the same 0%.Can you tell something about it?

Thank you very much.

try an mp3 player or an Ipod and put some relaxing music to your ears when going to sleep. Worked wonders for me and I now don't feel or hear my heart.

whats your blood pressure like during the day and night? An echo is an estimate for EF and not an accurate measurement. Echos are not uncommon to be as far as 10% out.

Hi ed 34!
Thank you again for your answer.I'm continuing doing yoga and try to breath deeply. But I think it is overall exhaustion because of not sleeping.
I think that I don't feel myself because when I  have rest ,it can be after work or at night ,I can hear how my heart is pounding in my head and ears and hat's why I can't sleep good.It started 6 months  ago.
It worries me because I've never heard my pounding heart so strong before when I was going to sleep and I've never had problems with sleeping  and  complained about my health till December this year.

Also I think  that 6 months ago I used to run in the morning even when I had cold, and it exhausted me very much and  made my heart to overwork.
On my heart report it says -EF(Teich) 78 % They told me that it is too high.
Do you think that I can relax my heart muscles so they don't work so hard ?
Do you think this number can change time from time or it will be consistent all my life?
I can't wait to feel myself again.
Thank you so much and have a great day!

I don't believe your breathing has anything to do with your heart, your echo scan was very good. Are you thinking about your breathing too much? As you know. if you think about your breathing it can interrupt it, it happens with all of us. When you get into a situation where you feel short of breath, try taking a couple of slow deep breaths and see if it relaxes you and helps.

    Hi there!
It says:   EF(Teich) 78 % (55 - 75) !
Is it abnormal, sometimes I feel that I don't have enough air to breath, and I feel weak not myself.

Thank  you so much again!

Thank you so much for your reply. One thing worries me the most is that I can't fall asleep;it has been two month since I noticed that I have the loud beating of my heart when I 'm in bed .I think it connects with left ventricular systolic function is hyperdynamic with an estimated EF of >70%  When I'm in bed I can hear how my heat is ponding in my head and ears.If I'm lucky I fall asleep ,but then at 2 or 3 o'clock I woke up because I can hear my heart  pounding.I 'm waiting a few hour again and then fall asleep or not.
Do you think it because of hyper dynamic function?
I noticed on my report this has exclamation signs,do you know why?

IVSd 0.4 cm (0.7 - 1.1) !
RVIDd 2.7 cm (0.7 - 2.3) !
RVIDd 3.3 cm (0.7 - 2.3) !

Thank you ed34  in advance.
