bilateral elbow pain

I had my first heart attack when I was 47.  I went to the ER with bilateral elbow pain.  The doctor just sent me home with some pain killers.   The pain did go way after a few days but I felt tired all the time.  A year later I did have the classic chest pain going into the right arm.  During the angioplasty they found out that I had lost my right cornary artery but had collateral arteries.  They stented the left cornary artery (2 stents)   A year later I had my third attack with elbow pain.  A year later came my fourth again with elbow pain.  How common is elbow pain during a heart attack. To this day if I over exert myself I get bilateral elbow pain but  I just stop and rest and it will pass in about two to three minutes.  I do carry nitro with me at all time but almost never use it.
