12 yr old post heart surgery

My son had a reare birth defect of the heart. It was finally found when he was 10 and had surgery last yr to coorect it. His Subclavian artery was coiled around his trachea and esoph. and was constricting his airway. Due to the removal of it he now has Subclavian Steel Syndrome.
Yesterday he saw a new heart dr because we moved aout of state. She states he now has Raynaud's Phenomenon. His legs turn blue and feet always frozen. Does this have anything to do with his surgery he had? He also has Spastic Diplegic CP. Does THAT have a connection to it either?  Im trying to find out weather anything is connected together or now. Im worried about him and want to help him.
Thank You

The Raynaud's phenomenon is not usually associated with this disorder, but he may have a decreased oxygenation secondary to the shunt which was formed. He may need to have a right heart catheterization and measure his mixed venous oxygen to see if he has some arterial and venous blood mixing, and the magnitude of the shunt. I don't know if there is any association with spastic diplegic CP.
