14 year old with BP of 137-149

Hello, I'm 14, I have just recently got my BP checked and it's 137-149 the pulse rate is 55...
Is there anything I can do to lower my BP and make my pulse rate go back to normal?

IF your BP is that high u should get checked out.  Reducing your salt-intake is a significant factor in lowering your BP. For example, don't eat those salty chips and all those extra salty snacks..just avoid adding salt that's not needed. If u are overweight, start exercising.  Get checked out by a doctor. Of tell your parents.  As long as your pulse rate goes.. Are u an athlete?  Your pulse is below average but it's very common in athletes. High BP is really dangerous especially if it's already high at your age  ( I am 14 and also have high BP and are on meds)   I wish u all the best!!
