15 caths, post bypass and 9 stents

I am a 46 yo cacu male with  severe CAD.  Triple Bypass sugery  11/07 graft open and working well at this time but recurring sympotoms and  15 catherizations in last year,(yes 15) the  last one on 12/3/2007 showed the eluding stent placed in 10/07 was  50 %  occluded and two new 90% occlusions in a different coronary artery were found and stented 12/3/07. The  9 Eluding stents both cypher and the other brand have been used and there seems to be little difference between them.  I will feel good for about 6-8 weeks than  the Chest pain , neck pain  arm numbness symptoms reappear and then they cath me again and find new occlusions and stent these arteries.
What  can be done to stop the underlying anti inflammatory response that is driving the plaque formation . Cathing the arteires is only treating my symptoms and not the progression of the disease ????  Any suugestions.  I am requesting that they do a CRP and Chlamydia  pneumonaie titer. Would antibotic (antibiotic) therapy help and what about a course of steriods at this point I am looking for anything .
