18 Year old PLEASE HELP

Hi I really have a few important questions to ask it is actually regarding my stomach.  I am 18M and when I was 10 I had gastritous than at age 14 I was diagnosed with GERD which has been giving me problems I am down to eating rice and bread and when I eat that I also feel like vomiting and always nausated.
I have a history of abdominal pain and lose stolls before and after I had GERD. I went for the tube down my throat and they could not see anything because they needed to pull it out because I could not breath at all.
My life is hell I cant eat I cant go out with friends because I always feel sick.
Is it normal to feel like vomiting and abdominal cramping and watery stools when you have Gerd or does it sound serious or odd to you.
Also I have hand Excezma which means i always have deep cuts on my hands and my doctor scared me a little because he said with open cuts I am at risk for alot of dieseses including AIds/Hiv Hepp exc.
I had an Elisa test done for H-phylori twice would that indicate if I have Hiv/Aids or do you need a special test to indicate it.
All my blood work is fine the Phylori test came negative twice and all my Hepp tests came Negative.
Do you think it would of shown if I was Hiv positive or not through all those tests.

Please get back to me ASAP.
  Thank you

Dear Leo,
Thanks for your question.  It certainly sounds as if you are having significant symptoms.  I would think that there should be some help for your condition.  Have you seen an Internal Medicine doctor?  If not I would highly recommend you do.  He/she can start a comprehensive evaluation that would include a GI work-up, HIV testing, psychological testing, etc.  I hope you are able to find some relief to your symptoms.
I hope you find this information useful.  Information provided in the heart forum is for general purposes only.  Only your physician can provide specific diagnoses and therapies.  Please feel free to write back with additional questions.
