18 months after triple bypass

18 months after triple bypass

i am 48, female, had the triple bypass at age 46.  i now have permant damage to the bottom of my heart.  i take coreg 80 and aspirin,, lisinerpril, bumex and a ton of other stuff. diabetic-byetta and 60 units of lantus.  i have manage to keep my weight within 3-4 lbs of what i was before the heart attack.  losing it has become a major battle.  i am insulin resistant.  i walk at least 25 minutes a day, very active, cholesterol is down from 360 to 112.  so instead of making myself crazy with weight loss, i try to consentrate on getting stronger.  i suffered severe anxiety attacks for 4 months (mom died unexpectedly at age 67) so i have xanax for bad ones that pop up.   my question is:  i still have pain in between my breasts.  its on the part where my breast starts after the breastbone.  they hurt to touch.  it can go on etiher side. sometimes its worse than others.  i get a throbbing pain in there or a short burst that goes away.  would that have to do with the mammory graft and one they put in from my leg?  my ef is at 30 and have had an icd/pacemaker put in.  that was a scary thing to be told.  i panic over my ef, but cardio doc says he as people with a 60 ef who are doing a lot worse than i am.  why would that be?
