19 y/o female worried about heart

I am 19 years old and I will freely admit that i have been overweight for about half of my life, however, I have always been very active, playing multiple sports throughout my life and trying to get exercise and eat decently. Recently, within the last few months I have experienced chest pain to the left of my sternum and neck pain going up the front of my neck on the left side (carotid artery region) and down the right side of my neck on the back (starting around the occipital process). Recently I have also experienced arm pains on my left side in the upper arm and elbow region. Furthermore, I felt as though I was having irregular heart beats and strong rapid heart beats over this past summer which came out of nowhere. I haven't had a heartbeat episode in about a month but chest pain and neck pain continues with irregular and only occassional arm pain. I am seriously worried about my heart. Suggestions please? I don't know what to do especially because I am across the country from my family while attending college, and I won;t go back until thanksgiving, but even then I probably wouldn't be able to see a doctor until winter break because Thanksgiving is so short.
