2 Heart attacks, 4 stents, how dangerous is heat/humidity/dehydration?

I have had 2 heart attacks (age 46 and 48) from clots in a tiny artery, branch of a branch of LAD and ever since have issues breathing when it's humid outside. I am working for 1 month in a carpenter shop with no A/C, only fans and it has been as high as 99. I think I've gotten heat exhaustion twice now, missed 2 days of work. This is not my career, only a 1 month learning experience and I'm considering going to half days, early mornings only.

Can this be dangerous or as long as I stay hydrated, I guess I wasn't doing well enough  there, or is the heat itself dangerous regardless of whether I'm hydrated. Do I need to quit altogether?

I take aspirin, Benazepril, Carvedilol, Plavix, niacin, CoQ10, and DHA daily and my last nuclear stress test in fall 2010 was clear. I do notice I'm sighing more in the heat which was a precursor to my heart attacks, so I'm wondering what to do.

I am not a doc, but I think that even if you are hydrated, high temperature will low your BP and probably, with your medication, you will have it normally low, so a further decrease can make you feel bad or event faint.

By the way, if you are not taking statins, why are you taking CoQ10? and DHA? where they prescribed by a doctor? I ask because those 2 also low further your BP.

Also, you said that your test was clear, does it means that your heart was perfectly irrigated and also its size was OK?? I ask because 2 days lost, just to recover from heat exhaustion seems a bit longer if the heart was perfect. My heart is very damaged and normally I recover in a couple of hours, but of course we all are different.

I forgot to add Pravastatin and yes, cardiologist prescribed DHA to keep my blood "slippery" and avoid clots (my hear  attacks). He said it was "clear" because there did not show anymore narrowing near the stents last fall.
I called my cardiologist's office yesterday and was told to leave work by 10am and only come back if it got cooler in the evening (which it has not). I can work until it gets to 85 or a little less if it's humid like it is today.
The 2 days lost were not back to back, they were a week apart and I slept most of the day to recover.
I remembered then in high school I got heat exhaustion when I went out for the field hockey team and had a fever of 103 and it took a whole day to recover and I was an athlete then, but not now. 2 of my coworkers have both lost days to heat so far and neither of them have heart issues so I'm being very cautious from now on.
