24 Hr. Holter Monitor ECG Results

I have the results of my 24 Hr. Holter Monitor ECG and I had a heart rate of 114 while resting with chest pain.  It also showed Ventricular and Supra-ventricular ectopic activity with PVCs and PACs with dropped heart beats.  When these episodes happened, I had documented chest pain and palpitations.  I was not given an explanation of what this all means or a diagnosis.   My family Dr. ordered this, because I kept complaining of chest pain and palpitations. What does my results mean?

What does the summary of my ECG mean?  I am concerned, because I still have the chest pain with occasional left arm pain and SOB.

My Dr. told me that everything is fine and not to worry, but did not give me a diagnosis.  The chest pain and palpitations continue though.
