24 with leaking pulmonary and tricuspide valves?

I am a 24 year old, female, 6'0, 150 lbs. I went to see a cardiologist with minor complaints (lots of loss of vision upon moving or standing up, pressure in head and neck at the same time, slight tension in chest...) I was sent for an echocardiogram, which indicatesd insignificant backflow through the pulmonary valve and mild backflow through the tricuspide valve. Everything else is normal, except that the mitral valve flaps appear very relaxed, but there is no backflow. What could this indicate overall? I am still waiting to see the cardiologist.Every thing I read scares me, at least from a long term perspective. Why would both valves be leaking? I'm scared and know of no heart problems whatsoever in my family. Thanks so much.

Minor regurgitation is a very common finding on echos.  I had it on my echo at 35, then again on my echo at 42.  The reassuring part was that it had not changed in 7 years.  I'm a worrier, anxious type.  If I'm not concerned about mine, you can rest assured.  :-)
