"A blood pressure of 254/121 is dangerously high. If I were you, I'd go to an emergency room"

I believe the equipment being used to test the blood pressure must be either fitted incorrectly or is faulty. Im sure with bp that high a person would be too light headed to type on here. I would take your equipment with you to your GP and ask him/her to take
your pressure properly and then see what your equipment says. I bet there is a huge difference.

Im never convinced it's such a good idea to take several different drugs at the same time to try and achieve the same goal. Although, the Nadol is also a beta blocker to help protect your heart from the high pressure. Has your GP tried Verapamil? this drug would
lower the blood pressure in a horse. I have to say though, your blood pressure is incredibly high, even while on blood pressure medication. What effect do nitrates have on
your blood pressure?
