27 YEAR OLD WITH PROBLEMS AFTER GETTING OFF STATIONARY BIKE

First a background about myself i am a 27 yeard old male 5'11 208 36 waist. In 2006 I suffered what the hospital said was a panic attack, my potassium levels were on the lower side and they felt that could have triggered it, fine.  A week later my doctor put me on high blood pressure medications and I felt extremely tired, i had defficulty walking even short distances because of dizziness and tiredness. My blood pressure readings were not extremely high but usually 140/80-130/90 and my doctor felt it appropriate to put me on bp meds.  Bloodwork was done at that time and my ANA TITER was 1:640 and i tested positive for Lupus.  I saw a rheumotalogist and he looked at me and said he doubted that was the case but that my ANA was too high for it to be a false positive.  He did 2 other blood tests, one tested slightly positive and the second one was just about normal and he told me i would never have to be tested again.  When i asked him why my reading was so high and if it was a fluke he said he did not know why it was so high but it definitely was not a fluke reading, it was most likely my body was fighting an virus or infection and that could have caused it.  I went to the hospital two more times once for EXTREME dizziness just from sitting in a chair, and the second time i was sick, i had been given 3 anti biotics and the third one caused my heart rate to go out of control, the paramedics came took me to the hospital, my Blood presssure was 130/100 (one of my highest diastolic readings)  They did a chest x ray and said i did not have an infection and to not take that 3rd anti biotic again. I saw a pulmonary specialist (due to a nagging cough) back in september of 2008 and he felt that I had an acid reflux that was causing problems breathing and felt that i needed to take omeprazole 20mg and symbicort inhaler.  I did this for a while and it did give me relief, the cough went away.however i stopped it because the acid reflux medication takes away from the effects of the anxiety med, and the symbicort causes anxiety and raises the bloodpressure which makes me nuts because im taking a bunch of meds that are basically cancelling eachother out and further contributing to problems.  My phsyciatrist tells me to exercise and my doctor says that there is no restrictions on exercise as an EKG came back normal twice. Bad Cholesterol levels are normal, My good cholesterol is low (a nutritionist said its probably due to lack of exercise (i sit a lot)  I was once very strong bench pressing 345 pounds exercising 4 times a week atleast an hour and a half a day.  The past 2 + years has been hell and i find it difficult to exercise i get scared because while exercising at the gym i get very winded easily and dizzy, sometimes finding it scary just to walk to my car because of shortness of breath and dizziness.  So aside from my problems the past few months ive been using a stationary bike and i have noticed that whenever i ride the bike and then stand up i get a tightness in my diaprhram causing me real difficulty breathing, i can catch my breathwhen im on the bike the minute i stand up i have problems, even when not exercising the minute i stand up i have breathing problems.  This week i will be going for an mri on my lower back because of a lump found in my lower left area (doubt it has anything to do with it but i thought it was worth mentioning)  Any  insight into what could be really going on?  could all these issues be stress related?  Could the problems with me breathing while standing be related to the bp meds?  Any insight would help thank you very much :)
