Hope someone can help me.  I am male, 28, 5'11", 175 lbs (I should be 155 lbs, holidays and the pub are killing me!) Meds: Paxil, Lamisil (nails)..
When I get up from a chair or make a sudden move I get really dizzy, and sometimes I get this strange pain that goes down my arm into my hand, I also get this same feeling in my head.  I am very tired and I get not tolorate exericise.  I feel like I could sleep for ever and Can't hold me breath for very long at all.
Any ideas, I am more the willing to provide more info/sympt.

Dear Erik, thank you for your question.  Your symptoms do not point to any one diagnosis and do not suggest that you have a primary cardiac problem.  Since I am unable to make diagnoses in this forum, I suggest that you see a physician for a complete evaluation of your problems.

I hope you find this information useful.  Information provided in the heart forum is for general purposes only.  Only your physician can provide specific diagnoses and therapies. Please feel free to write back with additional questions.  Good luck!
If you would like to make an appointment at the Cleveland Clinic Heart Center, please call 1-800-CCF-CARE or inquire online by using the Heart Center website at www.ccf.org/heartcenter.   The Heart
Center website contains a directory of the cardiology staff that can be used to select the physician best suited to address your cardiac problem.
