2D ECHO RESULT

my son has a congenital heart disease,. Tricuspid Valve atresia type-IB and underwent S/P Bidirectional Glenn Shunt last 2007, he is now 5 years old.
last June 3, 2010 he had 2d echo and the result are below:

normal abdominal situs solitus
apex on the left of the chest
atrial septal defect, secundum, measuring 0.73cm to 0.89cm
congenital heart disease, tricuspid valve atresia type IB, S/P bidirectional glenn shunt (2007)
Tricuspid valve atresia
Intact interventricular septum
pulmonary stenosis infundibulovalvar mild with maximum SPG of 30mmHg
Right atrial enlargement, left ventricular enlargement
good ventricular systolic function
left sided aortic arch
no patent ductus arteriosus, no coarctation of oarta
