2D Echo diagnosis

Hi,
As my mom had undergone 2 CABGs in 2008. But these days she is frequently suffering with pain. This pain starts from her back and spreads over to the chest. She screams when she gets this kind of pain.She could not move an inch when she gets this sort of pain. When we consulted a reputed Cardiologist in the city, she was asked to go for all tests which includes 2D echo,Chest XRAY, ECG, Lipid Profile etc.
2D Echo diagnosis report(result) says LV RWMA, MIld MR, Normal LV Systolic function, No LV clot. Out of curiosity, i would like to know about the first two.
I doubt if problem is nothing with respect to Heart, then it might be due to spondylosis which she had since a while ago.

LV is the left ventricle (pumps blood into circualtion) and RWMA is regional wall movement abnormality.  A serious RWMA would impede the heart's contractility to pump blood into circulation and that would systolic (pumping phase) abnormality. There appears to be some heart wall movement disorder, but it isn't considered significant as systolic is normal.

Mild MR relates to the valve that is a one-way pass for blood to go from the upper chamber to the lower chamber to be pumped into circulation.  During the pumping phase some blood backflows into the upper chamber rather than pumped into circulation.  Mild, slight, etc. leakage is considered medically insignificant and does not cause any symptoms nor progress is the almost always the prognostication.

You are correct there doesn't appear to be any cardiovascular abnormalities according to your post's said findings by doctors.
