2decho with doppler results

Hi guys, I'm F 28 y/o and single. I would like to ask you if you can pls. help me interpret some of the items i do not understand in my 2decho with doppler results, i'm a bit worried about this? Will it progress? Does it need emergency treatment? I'm too young to have a heart disease if ever, I wanted to have a normal life. Give me some insights please. This is the result- "Thickened margins of the redundant anterior mitral valve leaflet with normal mobility.Color Flow and Doppler Study: Mitral regurgitation, mild. Tricuspid regurgitaion, trivial. others were normal results.

erm.. uhm... Hi, I'm Micheal and I'm a Gemini...sorry, I couldn't resist ;-)

I believe everything that says "normal" or "trivial" or "Mild" are perfectly fine.  Hopefully someone will jump in and answer you question better than I could but the only thing that would worry me is the thickened valve leaflet, which I know nothing about but will say that it has "normal" mobility so I would assume you're fine.
