3 Small Valve problems and everyone says I'm FINE

I've been having problems starting from when I was 25yrs old.  I'm 29 now and going to my 3rd Cardiologist.  I have been told that I was too young and had no serious problems.  Well last year I had spine surgery and had a cardiology clearence done prior due to my hospitalization for irregular heartbeat and abnormal EKG when I was 25.

It states:

Trace Mitral insufficiency
Trace Pulmonary insufficiency
Mild Tricuspid insufficiency.

I'm always tired, I get alot of very noticible PVC's and PAC's, my heartrate can go as low as 48 even with stress, caffine and other factors known to increase a heartrate. I'm so confused and all I keep hearing is I'm too young.  I just want to know why I feel this way.

I had a brother who died at 11 months old before I was born from complications from congential heart defects.  My aunt has MVP. I don't know if any of that is significant but I just need some type of answers.

Trivial, mild and trace valve regurgitation is almost always considered medically insignificant and not uncommon.
